1. Personal data we collect

We may also record the landing page through which your enquiry was submitted so that we can respond with relevant information.

• respond to your property enquiry and contact you by phone or WhatsApp;
• understand your selling, purchasing or next-move requirements;
• prepare and conduct a property strategy review;
• provide requested information, follow-up advice or property services;

• improve the relevance and performance of our landing pages and enquiry process.

We will not use your information for an unrelated purpose without notifying you and obtaining consent where required.

By submitting a form and selecting the consent checkbox, you agree that Andy may contact you about the property enquiry and closely related services you requested. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling 8772 8895, replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or emailing alowproperty@gmail.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out lawfully before the request was received.

We may disclose relevant personal data to PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, technology and hosting providers, email or communications providers, professional advisers, transaction parties, government agencies or regulators where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, a requested property service, or compliance with law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. 8. Meta Pixel and advertising cookies

With your permission, this website uses Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure advertising performance, understand visits and completed enquiries, and improve the relevance of future campaigns. The Pixel may process information such as browser and device details, pages visited, website interactions and conversion events such as a successfully submitted enquiry. Meta may process this information under its own privacy terms.

The Meta Pixel does not load until you select “Accept” on the website’s privacy choices notice. Declining does not affect your ability to use the website or submit an enquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be reviewed by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Consent given through an enquiry form applies to responding to that enquiry and closely related property services; it does not automatically authorise unrelated marketing. External websites, including Meta, WhatsApp, Google and government data sources, operate under their own privacy practices.
